Revenue Sources

The International Journal of Healthcare and Education (IJHE) operates under a transparent, sustainable, and ethical publishing model.

IJHE generates revenue through the following sources:

  • Article Processing Charges (APCs): Authors may be required to pay a modest APC upon acceptance of their manuscript. The APC helps to cover editorial processes, peer review management, website maintenance, digital archiving, and open access dissemination. Details regarding APCs, including waivers and discount policies, are clearly stated on the journal's website.

  • Institutional Support: IJHE receives administrative and operational support from STIKep PPNI Jawa Barat, ensuring that the journal maintains academic independence and editorial integrity without reliance on commercial advertising.

  • Voluntary Editorial Contribution: Editorial board members and peer reviewers contribute their time and expertise voluntarily, upholding the quality of publications while minimizing operational costs.

IJHE does not accept revenue from advertising, reprint sales, or sponsorships that could influence editorial decisions. The journal adheres strictly to ethical publishing principles, maintaining a clear separation between editorial content and any form of financial support.

All revenue is reinvested into improving the journal’s editorial quality, technology infrastructure, accessibility, and global dissemination of scholarly work.

"Currently, no article processing charges (APCs) are applied for submissions and publications. IJHE may implement APCs in the future, with transparent announcements to authors and contributors."
