About the Journal
The Journal of Community Health and Nursing (JCHN) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal that provides a dedicated platform for the dissemination of scholarly work in the fields of community health, public health nursing, family health nursing, health education, and health promotion. Published by PT Inovasi Multi Guna, the journal aims to support the development of evidence-based nursing practices that are responsive to the dynamic health needs of diverse populations, especially in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
JCHN welcomes high-quality contributions including original research articles, literature reviews, policy analyses, case studies, short communications, and community-based program evaluations. Articles published in the journal emphasize innovative, interdisciplinary, and culturally relevant approaches to improving health outcomes and strengthening nursing practice in community and primary care settings.
The journal is committed to promoting the voices of researchers, educators, practitioners, and policymakers who are engaged in advancing community health, addressing health disparities, and supporting vulnerable populations. Special consideration is given to studies conducted in Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Indonesia, as part of our mission to elevate regional perspectives within global nursing scholarship.
