Advertising Policy

The International Journal of Adolescent and Pediatric Health (IJAPH) accepts advertising to support the dissemination of high-quality research in adolescent and pediatric health. However, all advertising must comply with ethical publishing standards, maintain editorial independence, and avoid conflicts of interest.


 1. Purpose of Advertising

Advertising serves as a means of:

  • Supporting the operational costs of the journal

  • Informing readers about relevant academic events, products, services, and initiatives related to healthcare and education


 2. Advertising Acceptance Criteria

IJAPH reserves the right to accept or reject any advertising based on the following criteria:

  • Advertising must be relevant to the journal’s scope (healthcare, pediatrics, adolescent health, medical education, public health, etc.)

  • Content must be truthful, non-deceptive, and in compliance with local and international regulations

  • Advertisements must not promote products or services that are:

    • Harmful to health (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, unapproved medications)

    • Discriminatory or offensive

    • Politically or religiously biased

  • Ads must not conflict with IJAPH’s mission or scientific neutrality


 3. Editorial Independence

  • Advertising has no influence on editorial decisions or peer review processes

  • Editorial content is not compromised or modified based on advertising relationships

  • Advertising and editorial materials are always presented in a clearly distinguishable manner


 4. Placement and Labeling

  • All advertisements are clearly labeled as “Advertisement” and will not be placed adjacent to research articles where they could appear to be editorial content

  • Online advertisements will not be inserted in a way that disrupts reading flow or misleads users (e.g., pop-ups)


5. Advertising Sources and Review

All advertising inquiries, proposals, or materials are reviewed by the Journal’s Advertising Committee. Final decisions are made by the Publisher (PT Inovasi Multi Guna) in consultation with the Editor-in-Chief.

 6. Sponsorship and Sponsored Content

  • Any sponsored content (e.g., supplements, webinars) must be fully disclosed and peer reviewed

  • Sponsors have no editorial control over content and must not interfere with the academic independence of the journal


7. Revisions and Updates

This Advertising Policy may be revised periodically. Updates will be published on the official IJAPH website:
