Revenue Sources
The International Journal of Adolescent and Pediatric Health (IJAPH) is committed to maintaining editorial independence and integrity. The journal operates on a not-for-profit, open access model and is sustained through a combination of the following revenue sources:
1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
IJAPH charges a modest APC of IDR 100,000 per article to cover the costs associated with:
-
Peer review and editorial management
-
Typesetting, copyediting, and DOI assignment
-
Open access hosting and indexing
-
Long-term digital archiving and preservation
This APC is applied only after acceptance of a manuscript and does not influence editorial decisions.
2. Print Copy Sales
Revenue is also generated through optional printed versions of the journal, which are made available for purchase by:
-
Academic libraries
-
Institutional subscribers
-
Individual readers who prefer physical copies
Print pricing is kept affordable to support educational access and outreach.
3. Institutional Support & Educational Partnerships
IJAPH receives in-kind and financial support from:
-
PT Inovasi Multi Guna (journal publisher)
-
Academic institutions through collaboration on special issues or educational initiatives
-
Community health organizations and universities engaging in outreach and dissemination
Such partnerships do not interfere with the editorial independence of the journal.
4. No Advertising or Sponsored Content
IJAPH currently does not accept advertising or sponsored publications. All content undergoes independent peer review and is free from commercial influence.
Editorial Independence
Revenue sources are completely separated from editorial operations. The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board maintain full control over all editorial decisions in compliance with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy.
